Coordinates and directs clinical and administrative aspects of nursing services on the designated shift. Responsible for competent practice as it relates to clinical nursing, leadership and staff development for the provision of quality resident care.
Quality Improvement Coordinator
Full time, must have current Pennsylvania RN license
Responsible for monitoring, trending and analyzing the quality of resident care, educating staff and coordinating the improvement of the quality of care provided. This position will also direct, supervise and guide the registered nurse assessment coordinators and the wound care nurse.

Part-time 4pm-8pm & 11:00am-7:30pm, weekday & weekends. Every other weekend and every other holiday. Various hours. Serving meals, light food preparation and good communication skills are needed for you to succeed in this rewarding position. We also have just every other weekend positions.
Head Cook
Full time. Every other weekend and every other holiday. Observes and follows Federal, State and local regulations. Prepares foods according to the menu cycle. Oversees Dining Services personnel in the absence of the Shift Manager. Experience in volume production cooking. Experience supervising and basic math skills required.

Safety Security Supervisor
Responsible for the overall safety / security of residents, staff, and visitors at Messiah Village. Responsible to respond to Residential Living illness, injury or emergency calls, or other medical emergency calls as needed, for the purpose of providing pre-hospital primary care and treatment. Primarily second shift work 3:30 pm – 11:30 pm.

Vice President of

The Vice President of Marketing and Communication is charged with the responsibility of serving as the chief marketing and communication officer for Messiah Village and is responsible for the supervision, planning and execution of all marketing, communication, sales, and branding functions and programs for Messiah Village. The Vice President of Marketing and Communication is responsible for the supervision of the Welcome Center. The Vice President of Marketing and Communication is responsible to effectively operate in an organizational culture characterized by teamwork, openness, engagement, challenges and deliverable results. This position will be held accountable to oversee and provide vision to ensure the ongoing development of strategic planning, budgetary management, performance improvement and customer satisfaction in the areas supervised. The Vice President of Marketing and Communication works closely with the President, other senior officers and the Board of Directors in the coordination, planning and implementation of the total organizational strategy and mission.
Pastor of Congregational Ministries
Full time. The Pastor of Congregational Ministries is responsible for the spiritual life of the Messiah Village Brethren In Christ Church, provide for and coordinate the congregational ministry of the Church, and assume pastoral duties in the Pastoral Ministries Department. The Pastor of Congregational Ministries must be qualified for Christian ministry through certified training, preferably holding a seminary degree or its equivalent. The Pastor of Congregational Ministries must be credentialed for ministry by the Brethren In Christ Church and have at least five years experience in pastoral ministry, administration and leadership.
Housekeeping Assistant
Full time. Responsibilities include daily cleaning of resident's room in Nursing unit and common areas.
Volunteer Assistant
Assist the Director of Volunteer Development with the ongoing Village wide volunteer program. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: orienting, scheduling and recognizing volunteers. Must posess excellent phone skills, computer skills and interpersonal skills. This is a part time position.
Transportation Assistant
Provide transportation and errands for the residents and staff of Messiah Village as requested by the Transportation Coordinator. Driiver's license including a Class B Commercial Driver License (CDL) for bus drivers. Must maintain a good driving record, and meet all requirements of the Fleet Vehicle and Driver Safety Policy. Part time.
